Assemble your mocktail
Slice orange into six circles and add a half-slit to each slice;
Once tea has had a chance to chill, remove from refrigerator and add six-to-eight ice cubes to six stemmed glasses (wine or champagne glasses work great);
Pour half a cup (4 ounces) of chilled sparkling cider into each glass;
Strain tea and top each glass with half a cup of your chilled herbal infusion;
Garnish each glass with an orange slice and optional mint leaves if you’re getting fancy;
Serve immediately.
