To prepare, steep in fresh, boiling water for at least five minutes. This tisane is absolutely outstanding with the generous addition of fresh lemon juice, and pairs exceptionally well with lavender and lemon-flavored baked treats.

Samples render approximately 3-4 cups.
One cup servings tend to use 2 to 3 grams of loose tea depending on the density. You can calculate the approximate servings in each pouch by dividing the weight of the pouch or tin by the grams per servings; i.e, a dense tea is heavy so divide by 3 and an herbal blend is light, so divide by 2.
