To prepare, steep two or three minutes in fresh, boiled water that has cooled for a minute or two. Enjoy hot or iced. Elegy pairs well apple, berries, and fruit & nut-based salads, spreads and pastries. It’s also fabulous with smoky and rustic cheeses.

Loose tea pouches are measured by weight, not volume.

• Samples render approximately 3-4 cups.

• One cup servings tend to use 2 to 3 grams of loose tea depending on the density. You can calculate the approximate servings in each pouch by dividing the weight of the pouch or tin by the grams per servings; i.e, a dense tea is heavy so divide by 3 and an herbal blend is light, so divide by 2.

• Our medium and large white pouches are made from plant-based materials and are eco-friendly.

• Most tins average approximately 45 teaspoons, but the weights vary depending on the contents.
