2 tablespoons of “Blitz” (Poetic Tea’s pomegranate green tea)
4 c. boiling water (cooled for 1-2 minutes)
2 Tbsp honey

Handful fresh strawberries
The Process
Here’s the scoop:
Brew your tea

Add two tablespoons of honey and stir;
Add slices from one peeled mandarin orange and once cooled, set infusion in refrigerator overnight or for at least an hour.
Prepare your ice
Slice strawberries, peel and divide second mandarin orange, and add orange slices, blueberries, and strawberries to empty ice tray (a dozen-size mini muffin pan works great);
Pour cooled and strained tea over the top of fruit and freeze;
Assemble your fruit tea
Once ice is completely frozen and tea has infused long enough to absorb the flavor from the oranges, strain tea;
Run ice tray under warm water to loosen if necessary and divide ice into two large glasses or jars;
Pour cold, strained tea over the top of ice garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
